So with the press release of our much awaited Autumn Winter editorial last Sunday (Sunday Independent, Life Magazine (Sept 30th 2012) we can now go ahead and share them with you all.
We put a lot of effort and time into the production of the day. As with any good photo shoot, it is only as good as the team you have on board for it.
Michael Doyle from Peter Mark always has great ideas. He arrived down the night before the shoot and having taken a look at the clothes we intended to use, he decided on the look he thought would work best. From the get go, we knew that we wanted the editorial to be all about the clothes, with the location, hair & make-up being understated and quiet.
Lisa O' Connor from Warpaint.ie is a long term friend of the shop and a total pro. Like Michael she never needs guidance and is always full of ideas. Together these two are the dream team and we were thrilled to have them on board.
No good shoot can even come to fruition without an amazing photographer. We were very lucky to have the talented Colin Price. Colin has an inate sense of what a great shoot needs.. He is as o.c.d. as us Elaine Curtis gals! :-) He has been working tirelessly for the last few years to make a name for himself and all we can say is this guy will go far. Did we mention that he is one of the humblest and nicest guys you'll ever meet? Colin, was assisted by his fabulous fiancee Rachel Doyle and together they make a formidable team!
