Leather Love...

Following our weekly E-zine (click here to subscribe to our mail list) we received lots of queries about the feature on the By Malene Birger leather leggings. Here are the pieces that I chose to team with the leggings for a day and evening look. Leather leggings really can be chic, the key is to keep the rest of your look simple and pared back ala Emanuelle Alt, French Vogue editor.

For my day look I chose luxury basics from Majestic.
Layering cashmere mix basics with the leather trousers, ensures a cosy chic under-stated look. And don't forget to cover your derriere! :-)

For night time, I chose to add lots of luxury texture
I mixed the leather leggings with a silk top, wool jacket and fur neckpiece.  (I love to mix textures, it's the Taurean in me!)
